How easy is it to join? (Top)
Extremely! There are no lengthy forms to complete, no complicated instructions and through the power of automation you don't even have to wait for your account to be approved! Just signup and go!

How can I contact you? (Top)
Our contact information can be found in the member's area right at the bottom. Simply click the "support" link and use the support system. This is the best way as you are not going to get email not going through due to spam filters. If you are not a member then you can use the link contact at the top of these page.

Can I use the graphics on your site to promote Professional Exchange elsewhere? (Top)
Take what you like just so long as it is for mutually beneficial purposes.

What kind of websites do you allow? (do you allow adult content?) (Top)
NO ADULT CONTENT. NO HATE, NO WAREZ, NOTHING ILLEGAL, NOTHING ILLICIT, NOTHING IMMORAL, NO BANNER FARMS, NO FRAME BUSTERS. It's common sense stuff really, but for the record we're here to promote legitimate websites only. Typically our members promote online businesses, businesses tools and business events. As long as these meet with the above guidelines and don't offend anyone then that's fine by us.

Do you allow the use of languages other than English? (Top)
A page must not use less than 90% English otherwise it may be paused or removed from the system.

How do I add a site to Hitbeamer? (Top)
Once you are in your back office, look along the top row of icons and you will see the very first one says "Add or Edit Websites". Select this option. Select "Add New". You should be in the add site screen at this point. Fill in your URLS one by one. Leave the "pause" check box blank. Press the green "S" button after each one. (The Red "X" button deletes sites.) You are done - it is so easy! Now all you have to do is wait for the site to be reviewed - this normally takes an hour or two.

How do I add a banner to Hitbeamer? (Top)
Once you are in your back office, look along the second row of icons and you will see the very first one says "Add or Edit Banners". Select this option. Select "Add New". You should be in the add banner screen at this point. Fill in the description of your first banner. This is just some name to help you identify which banner you are working on. Choose something simple and descriptive for this field. Next fill in the URL where your banner is stored. Typically this looks like http://www.somesite.com/banners/mybanner.gif. It should be a .jpg or .gif format. Next fill in the URL where the surfer should come out at if they clicked the banner. Leave the banner size alone as there is only one option. Leave the "pause" check box blank. Press the green "S" to submit your banner and your banner has been submitted!. Repeat the process one by one and press the green "S" button after each of your five banners. (The Red "X" button deletes your banner.) You are done - it is so easy at Hitbeamer! Now all you have to do is wait for the banners to be reviewed - this normally takes an hour or two.

How do I add a Text Ad to Hitbeamer? (Top)
Once you are in your back office, look along the third row of icons and you will see the very first one says "Add or Edit Text Ads". Select this option. Select "Add New". You should be in the add Text Ad screen at this point. In the "Advert Title" box fill in your first Title. In the "Advert Body" box fill in your first Text Ad description. In the "Destination URL" box fill in the URL where the surfer should come out at if they selected your Text Ad. Leave the "pause" check box blank. Press the green "S" to submit your Text Ad your new Text Ad has been submitted!. Repeat the process one by one and press the green "S" button after each of your five text ads. (The Red "X" button deletes your text ad.) You are done - it is so easy at Hitbeamer! Now all you have to do is wait for your text ads to be reviewed - this normally takes an hour or two.

Does Hitbeamer offer a page rotator? (Top)
Sure we do! Once you are in your back office, look along the first row of icons and you will see the very first one says "Add or Edit Websites Ads". Select this option. Towards the bottom of the page you will find a line that says something like:- Your Free Hitbeamer Website Rotator : http://hitbeamer.com/rotator/57962 Copy the : http://hitbeamer.com/rotator/57962 part. (It will have your Hitbeamer Id not 57962 in it.) Submit this to all the other traffic-exchanges you belong to and we will rotate through ALL the sites you have submitted to Hitbeamer when your rotator URL is called by the other Traffic-Exchange. This is a great labor saver as you only have to submit one URL to any other traffic-exchange. Just another way Hitbeamer is working for you!

Does Hitbeamer offer a banner exchange so I can build credits? (Top)
Sure we do! In your back office go down to the second row and select the "Get Banner Codes" option. Put your mouse pointer over the code in the box and right-click. Choose select all. Put your mouse pointer in the box again and right-click again. Choose copy. Paste this code into any or all of your websites to show banners from the Hitbeamer rotation. For every banner shown on your site you will receive reciprocal credits at Hitbeamer. This is another simple but powerful way to rack up web-credits at Hitbeamer!

Does Hitbeamer offer text ads so I can build up credits? (Top)
In your back office go down to the third row and select the "Get Text Ad Codes" option. Use the tools to select the style and colors for any text ad combination. Select "Create Code" followed by "Copy Code". Paste this code into any or all of your websites to show text ads in the stye you selected from the Hitbeamer rotation. For every text ad shown on your site you will receive reciprocal credits at Hitbeamer. This is a second simple but powerful way to rack up web-credits at Hitbeamer.

How do I promote Hitbeamer? (Top)
Once you are in your back office, look along the sixth row of icons marked "Personal Account" select the icon that says "My Downline". This page is divided into two sections. The top section shows all the members you have personally recruited complete with their contact details. Use this wisely. The bottom section contains all the banners and text URLS you can use to recruit other new members to Hitbeamer. This is important. Every time you recruit a member you get bonus hits added to your account AND you get a percentage of any surfing the new recruit does.
